Gift Packaging

Would you like your bath delights prettily wrapped? Perfect! That's how we send all purchases...just like you are receiving a gift in the mail! All orders are shipped out in Soap Box style in either a gift box or stylish bag and typically highlight our company colors pink and brown. We like to change it up a bit, so if it’s the holidays or we’re just in the mood we’ll offer up some different packaging from time to time. Just know that our products are always sent out ready to give or receive! If you’d like us to include a gift message in with your order, please type your text (exactly as you’d like it to appear) in the comments section during checkout.

 

Recycle & Reuse

We reuse all shipping material - boxes and packaging - that come into our facility. We encourage you to do the same! Help our environment by reusing or recycling your boxes and shipping materials. Our white boxes are perfect for reusing as gift boxes! Now that's an environmentally friendly wrap!*

 

The Green of Things

We love packaging up your purchases in delightful wrappings, but we also love to be green! If you'd like us to be a little more paper friendly when shipping your purchase just select the Go Green check box during checkout and our wrappings will not be included with your purchase. We will not print or send an order invoice with your order (save the paper!). We will not use our typical white gift box and tissue paper to package your order (save more paper!). By selecting the Go Green option you are saving on paper products and being more earth friendly in the process. Go environment and go you! *We will ship your purchase in a shipping box with reused peanuts/bubble wrap or something to protect your items.

 

Shipping Information

Turn Around & Shipping Times
Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days. Turn around time may be extended during sales, special promotions and holidays. Depending on your location, you can anticipate an additional 1-5 days for delivery.

We currently offer Ground Shipping through *FedEx*. You will receive a FedEx tracking number via email upon shipment. This email serves as your confirmation of shipment and we suggest you retain it in your records until the order is received.

All US orders of $100.00 or more always ship FREE!

PO/APO Shipping
If your order needs to ship to a P.O. Box or an APO address, please enter the information in the Ship To boxes during checkout and we will ship your order through USPS.

International Shipping
Yes,we will ship anywhere in the world! We ship International purchases via USPS flat rate boxes. Please know your country restrictions before ordering. We will not be held responsible for any items that you have ordered and can not receive once shipped.

Sales Tax

The Soap Box Company is required to collect Sales Tax on all orders shipped to Illinois addresses.

 

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Money Orders.

How to order with Money Order payments:
Send us an email at info@thesoapboxco.com with your order, shipping address and phone number. When we receive your order by email, we will send an order confirmation with your total and where to ship your money order. We will ship your order as soon as the payment is received.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of the products sold on our site, we no longer offer refunds or exchanges. Bath and body products will not be resold by our company due to sanitary purposes.

We believe in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with them. If you are not happy with your orders for any reason, please contact our customer service department via e-mail at info@thesoapboxco.com


Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

The Soap Box Company will not be held liable for any lost or stolen packages. Once your order has shipped and you have a tracking number, please contact the delivery service for any problems that you have in receiving a package. We are happy to try and help you locate your package if needed, but we ask that you contact the delivery service first as they will have the most current information about the shipment. If you receive products which were damaged in transit, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials so that we may successfully file a claim with the shipping company.

Be Unique! You don’t need to copy our pictures, ideas or material of any kind (even though we take it as a compliment that you like our stuff!) We know you can make your site unique in your own way, just as we’ve done with ours. Besides, your customers and fans will appreciate it more! Thanks for not copying.
